Building Sciences
Building sciences require broad expertise to be successful in servicing the full range of needs that today's facility managers require. A variety of Federal, State and Local regulations require the documentation of activities related to the exposure to or disturbance of hazardous materials. This may consist of simply identifying the potential asbestos or lead containing material in a building, determining employee exposure to workplace atmospheres or responding to a complaint. At IsleChem Environmental Services we have created a turnkey service to advance our clients from basic hazard identification to successful management.
Hazardous Building Materials
Identification, delineation and management of hazardous materials (such as asbestos, lead, microbial damage or PCB's) requires a variety of steps to handle the material in a fiscally sound and legally responsible manner. These steps include inspections to identify materials, material assessments and technical specification writing to insure proper handling of the material.
Industrial Hygiene
IsleChem Environmental Services offers a multi-disciplinary approach to industrial hygiene, which has set us apart from other firms by eliminating costly subcontractors and consultants. We provide a pool of knowledgeable personnel for project specific problem solving. This group is teamed with our large staff of field technicians, which allows for quick response to sampling requests. Our in-house lab further provides our clients with fast response and customized analytical techniques.
