Contract Manufacturing

IsleChem, LLC, continues to expand its manufacturing business by serving customers on a contract basis for exclusive manufacture of products. We maintain a complete infrastructure of staff and equipment to handle all aspects of chemical manufacture. IsleChem has considerable reactor capacity, in volume ranging to 500-gallon vessels. In addition to standard materials of construction, we have available complete reaction systems made of monel, hastelloy and nickel, designed to accommodate reactions involving aggressive chemicals. Reactor systems are linked to common auxiliary systems that supply hot oil heating to 260°C, cooling to -20°C and vacuum to less than 2mm. An on-site permitted drumming station is also available for product packaging and labeling. IsleChem also features a large array of equipment and expertise for the purification of products. Product separation via distillation is truly an IsleChem manufacturing competency. We have glass, stainless steel, carbon steel and nickel systems with over 30 trays of distillation capacity. We have Zwag, Nutsche and various bag and cartridge filters for solids clean-up, as well as numerous wipe film and falling film evaporators. Areas of in-depth technical expertise include:

IsleChem will manufacture kilogram to multiple ton quantities of specific compounds to satisfy client needs.
